PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Bunya is a 730-lot residential subdivision located on a strategic site next to the Western Sydney Parklands in Doonside. Greater West Landscapes partnered with Western Earth Moving to implement the landscape works throughout Precinct 6.

This project involved street tree installation and mass planting works throughout the stage. An innovative entry statement combining public art, rammed earth walling and concrete blades was also created along the main road.

Walking paths with informal plantings were created throughout the remnant bushland to connect the housing stages with each other. A local park was also delivered as a part of this project and it has proved to be very popular with the community for play and connecting.

This estate in the heart of Blacktown is a great example of blending form and function in thriving community spaces.
