PROJECT DESCRIPTION

With the expansion of many suburbs within the north-west, Redbank Estate is a new development brought to life within the heart of North Richmond. The land itself having a rich agricultural history that has been showcased throughout the estate.

Greater West Landscapes partnered with JK Williams to implement open spaces and streetscapes throughout multiple stages of this new suburb. These works were aimed at providing amenities to the growing community. The open spaces include feature walls, boardwalks, picnic shelters, play equipment, fountains, large passive turf areas and a mixture of formal and informal plantings. Throughout the development, there are areas that pay close attention and look to celebrate the past agricultural uses of the land including large open dams, interpretive signage and markers.

This new estate is one that brings a number of easily accessible amenities to this developing community along the Hawkesbury River.
